Also, I thought I'd share what I saw when I walked outside the other day.
This is on my neighbors front porch. I about died laughing. All I know is I could definitely hear them the night before. They had one of their cars backed up onto the sidewalk blaring music until about 3am. I would have been a little annoyed, but earlier that day they were outside and warned me that it was one of their birthdays and that they were going to be loud that night. At least they gave me a heads up! Ha!
